Very simply. We do not sell or share names, addresses, phone numbers or even any generic information relating to our customer base. Occasionally we send out mail and/or email information (which you may opt out of) to our customers relating to our product line: new products or sale in progress. And that is all.

Our Guarantee

For one year from the date of your purchase we will replace your purchase or refund the full amount of your purchase, including shipping, if our product is deemed defective. Our product is defined as the wooden shelf or rack only.

What's Covered:

  1. Defect in the finish other than from normal wear and tear due to usage.
  2. Defect in materials including warping, cracking or splitting of materials used.
  3. Damage from shipping - We'll handle the claim with your cooperation.
  4. Hardware (Wardrobe or Hat & Coat Hooks) which breaks will be replaced per item. You will be sent a replacement.

What's Not Covered:

  1. Damage to product, wall or displayed items resulting from the use or misuse of the included, or otherwise supplied, anchors for installation.
  2. Damage from dropping.
  3. Damage from normal wear and tear due to useage.
